The Antigo United Methodist Church has been financially blessed by God and so we want to pass on that blessing to others by providing funds for ministry projects that are in accord with our mission as the church of Jesus Christ.

Please take note of the following directions before you complete your application form.

Directions:

• Complete the application form online or hard copy and submit it as per directions.
• Complete no more than one request per individual/committee per year.
• Requests will be reviewed first by the Finance Committee, and then presented to the Ad Council for final approval.  These committees generally meet every other month. A final decision may take several months after the application is submitted.
• Requests may be denied, granted partially or completely.
• The Funding Request fiscal year runs from July 1-June 30.
